the rooms are airy and functional here with amazing views over the town and the latest tech plus the bedroom. unbeatable location next to mall and port as well as the gardens, it's central.

The venue was set in the very central position very close to the business and dining centre and the Queenstown Garden. It also was up to the gondola;)))

We truly enjoyed the hotel and its warm and superb breakfast.

The place was neat with a professional and wonderfully helpful staff with staff member. The rooms were great value for money and nicely decorated in general, on level 2. Coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were very handy. Comfy and handy location super close to everything you need was a plus. Everything was simply fine.

The transition from a handicapped room to the standard room was a relief, vastly improving our stay. The well-furnished standard room made our second day enjoyable, but the initial misassignment was frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was excellent, with so many delicious options to choose from. The room was bright and spacious, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. I would definitely come back!

It was a great fit for a little getaway in Queenstown with good value considering the price charged. The breakfast was very nice and free, really a highlight of the stay. Bring a good guide for local activities since the hotel provides very limited info.

The hotel is super close to town. The fitness room was well-equipped,. We also enjoyed relaxing by the ember fire pit with a nice central otago pinot noir, a perfect way to end the day.

Got assigned the wrong room initially. Rooms feel smaller than expected, with very hard beds, made sleep challenging. The breakfast area doubles as a lobby and workspace, leading to a chaotic atmosphere during peak hours. Housekeeping inconsistencies meant the room wasn't cleaned regularly. We found someone's personal items under the bed and faced delays in towel replenishment. The parking situation was painful-a full garage left us scrambling for street spots.

The staff exemplified hospitality, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The view from our room was amazing, and the daily breakfast offered fresh local fruits. The dining options beyond breakfast could be pricier than expected, and limited seating area during peak times was a minor inconvenience. Still, the clean and modern facilities were good.
