The transition from a handicapped room to the standard room was a relief, vastly improving our stay. The well-furnished standard room made our second day enjoyable, but the initial misassignment was frustrating.

i had a lovely stay at holiday inn express & suites queenstown. the hotel is super close to town, making it easy to explore. the fitness room was well-equipped, which helped me stay on track with my workouts. we also enjoyed relaxing by the ember fire pit with a nice central otago pinot noir, a perfect way to end the day.
